P2 Project

The branding process that Marc Stoiber and the Change staff facilitated for the P2 Project was one of the best experiences I have had in transforming a project concept into a vibrant vision. Marc was an amazing facilitator and tapped into the project team’s creativity in a way that had yet to apply to the project. The brand book that emerged from this process is a reference that I use on a daily basis as we reach out to our target audiences – I am able to communicate what our doing and our vision in a way that would never have been possible without Change. Thanks! – Shannon Rohan, Director of the P2 Project.

P2 was a project with enormous scope. If it succeeded, it would have dramatic ramifications for  large scale pension fund investors.

Unfortunately, the Project for ecological pension fund reform was compromised by unclear presentation – preventing it from gaining the reach and accessibility it needed to succeed.

Change helped Audit the Project’s assets and mission. Then, together with stakeholders, we Built a cohesive, convincing presentation.

This presentation began as a brand book, complete with the Project’s story, values, essence and sales pitch. Just as important, we coined the name ‘P2’ – or Planet and Pensions.

Following the brand book, Change helped P2 create a logo and graphic standards package including letterhead and presentation documents.

P2 believes the work has had a significant impact. Project principal Shannon Rohan writes: “The branding process Change facilitated for the P2 Project was one of the best experiences I have had in transforming a project concept into a vibrant vision.
